Elizabeth Blackburn on the telomere effect: ‘It’s about keeping healthier for longer’
The Nobel winner says keeping telomeres – the ends of our chromosomes – in prime condition can stave off diseases associated with ageing
You won your Nobel prize for medicine for your discoveries concerning telomeres,
found at the ends of chromosomes. What are telomeres and what happens to them as we age?
If you think of your chromosomes – which carry your genetic material – as shoelaces, telomeres are the little protective tips at the end. They
are made of repeating short sequences of DNA sheathed in special proteins.
During our lives they tend to wear down and when telomeres can’t protect chromosomes properly, cells can’t replenish and they malfunction. This sets up physiological
changes in the body which increase risks of the major conditions and diseases of ageing: cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer, a weakened immune system and more. But the process is somewhat malleable. It is happening in all of us at some rate, but the
rate can change. An enzyme called telomerase can add DNA to the ends of chromosomes to slow, prevent and partially reverse the shortening.
Can you delay or reverse ageing by taking care of your telomeres?
We all have health spans
– the number of years we remain healthy, active and disease-free – and the shortening of our telomeres contributes to ageing and our entry from health span into disease span. But we can [do things that] affect our telomerase and telomeres, that
can [delay] entry from health span to disease span. So we are talking more about keeping people healthier for longer and staving off some diseases of ageing. This is not about extreme life span extension – though of course staying healthier longer does
have a reflection in mortality rates.
In the book you argue that to lengthen our telomeres, or at least stop them shortening, we need to improve our lifestyle by managing chronic stress, exercising, eating better and getting enough sleep. A
lot of these things are recommended already – so what is new?
People hadn’t understood why at the cellular level the sorts of things that are recommended to improve lifestyle can help stave off disease. One reason is because they
are helping you maintain telomeres. The book integrates a lot of new studies – from genetics, epidemiology and social science – that have been accumulating. We also provide a new biological underpinning to the mind-body connection. Nobody had any
idea that meditation and the like, which people can use to reduce stress and increase wellbeing, would be having their salutary and well-documented useful effects in part through telomeres. The book is also recognising how much control we can have. Small tweaks
in how you approach stress, for example, can lead to long-term habits that make a difference.
One of the criticisms of the book is that it is a bit glib. That ageing is too complicated to simply boil down to these entities at the end of chromosomes…
This is one of many processes of ageing, and we say that. We are focusing on one mechanism which has relatively recently been recognised in humans and that we can have some control over.
What exercise can help preserve our telomeres?
The good news is you don’t have to go to the gym three hours a day or run a marathon a week. People who do moderate aerobic exercise – about three times a week for 45 minutes – have telomeres pretty much as long as marathon runners. Mixing
things up seems to be good too. One study showed the more different kinds of exercise people did, the longer their telomeres. Many studies looking at people under severe chronic stress find their telomere shortness relates to how severely that stress is experienced.
But that relationship seems particularly strong in sedentary people. Even 10-15 minutes of light exercise daily appeared, in one study, to buffer the effect.
Beyond a balanced diet with lots of wholefoods such as vegetables, fruits and grains,
should we be taking any supplements to lengthen our telomeres?
Having adequate omega-3 fatty acids really seems to relate to better telomere maintenance and the easiest way to ensure that may be a supplement. It is also in foods such as oily
fish and flaxseeds. There is some data about vitamin D but the studies are somewhat incomplete. It is pretty clear that if people have a balance much more towards a wholefoods diet versus a diet high in processed foods, red meat, sugary drinks and highly refined
white bread – again, all the things we know already are bad for our health – you see quantifiable effects on telomeres.
Are marriage and children telomere-friendly?
There is a general trend for longer telomeres among
married people or those with partners. But we have also studied women who were formerly in relationships where they were domestically abused. Their telomeres were shorter, and the amount they were shorter related quantitatively to the number of years they
were in the relationship. It probably relates to the stress of being in a threatening situation for a long period of time. One preliminary study has suggested having children may help telomere health but it has not yet been independently repeated, so it is
How quickly can telomere length change?
You can see the effects of interventions in as little as a few months. But it is really the long-term changes, over periods of a year to 10 years, that are going to be predictive
of increased health span.
Commercial tests are available for telomere length, with prices in the US ranging from about $100 to $500. Should we all get our telomere lengths tested?
The answer is no. I see no harm in it, but it doesn’t
mean a whole lot. You could be long one year and short another year. We know enough about telomere maintenance from a lot of studies to know the kinds of things that we can and should do. You want to do them regardless of what the test said.
you had your telomeres tested?
I had them tested because I was part of a research study. It turned out I had long telomeres. But that can change, so that test result doesn’t stop me from taking seriously these lessons I have learned from
all the research. I do try to build these things into my life. I exercise, but I don’t spend hours at the gym; I have a good diet, but am not fanatical about food; and I try to think about the effect of stress. I practice micro-meditations which I think
There are pills that, it is claimed, have telomere lengthening effects, and at least one US company is developing telomerase gene therapy with the aim of reversing ageing. Are they a good idea to take?
These are things that
purport to increase telomerase activity, but they are very untested and the studies that have been done have only been done by those who actually market these products. There is a caution too because telomerase has a good side (lengthening telomeres) but it
can also have a bad side. Higher levels of it are associated with higher risks of brain tumours, melanoma and non-smokers’ lung cancers. Things like exercise, stress reduction and good diet, on the other hand, have never been shown to increase cancer
risk, and indeed some studies show they decrease those risks.
After your experience on President Bush’s Council on Bioethics – you were kicked off in 2004, many think for your support of human embryonic stem cell research – how do you feel about President Trump and his attitude to science?
We need to be active. I am the president of a scientific research institute [the Salk Institute in San Diego]. We have to keep making clear statements about what sorts of things are important principles – including that science works because there is real respect for the truth. I expect there is going to be a mass
shortening of telomeres around the country related to the chronic severe stress that will be a consequence if a number of Trump’s policies come to pass. There is a likelihood of all these very burdensome diseases of ageing going up. We are in for big
individual and societal costs.

Radiation concerns halt Brussels 5G development, for now
Plans for a pilot project to provide high-speed 5G wireless internet in Brussels have been halted due to fears for the health of citizens,
according to reports.
In July, the government concluded an agreement with three telecom operators to relax the strict radiation standards in Brussels. But according to the Region, it is now impossible to estimate the radiation
from the antennas required for the service.
"I cannot welcome such technology if the radiation standards, which must protect the citizen, are not respected, 5G or not," Environment minister Céline Fremault (CDH) told Bruzz. "The people
of Brussels are not guinea pigs whose health I can sell at a profit. We cannot leave anything to doubt," she added.

Study Finds that Fasting for 72 Hours Can Regenerate the Entire Immune System
There has long
been controversy surrounding the potential benefits or hazards of fasting. On one hand, supporters of fasting point to the many benefits that they claim fasting provides. This includes
promoting weight loss, normalizing insulin sensitivity, lowering triglyceride levels in the body and slowing the signs of aging. There are a number of different ‘fasting plans’ ranging from intermittent fasting lasting, on average, 14 to 18 hours
to longer-term plans abstaining from solid foods for 2 to 3 days. Each is said to carry their own benefits and challenges, offering options for everyone.
Many nutritionists and medical professionals argue that fasting is nothing more than an unsupported
trend, and carries with it a number of health risks that should be considered. They point to the loss of nutrients during the time spent fasting, as it limits
not only the intake of unhealthy foods but also those that our bodies require including fruits, vegetables, lean protein and healthy fats. Furthermore, they argue that fasting often leads to rebound eating, which results in an overall weight gain as opposed
to the sought-after weight loss.

New research out of the University of Southern California presents a fascinating discovery, once again bringing the
debate to the forefront. The team gathered a group of participants and asked them, in the initial stages, to fast for 2-4 days on a regular basis over a 6-month period. During this time, they witnessed some incredible changes. The participants saw a noticeable
decrease in the production of the enzyme PKA, a hormone which has been associated with an increased risk of cancer and tumor growth. Furthermore, the immune system of the participants appeared to get a complete overhaul.
Valter Longo, PhD, the researcher of the study expressed his surprise with the study’s findings, stating, “What we started noticing in both our human work and animal work is that the white blood cell count goes down with prolonged
fasting. Then when you re-feed, the blood cells come back. So, we started thinking, well, where does it come from?”
The findings may provide
considerable promise for those that are susceptible to disease, currently receiving chemotherapy treatments or simply for our aging population. The research showed that the act of fasting triggered a switch to flip in the body, signalling it to begin
a “stem-cell based regeneration of the hematopoietic system.” It forced the body to use up its stores of glucose, fat and ketones, and also started to break down a large number of white blood cells. The loss of white blood cells
flagged the body to, in turn, regenerate new immune system cells.

Professor Longo explained, “When you starve, the system tries to save energy, and one of the things it can do to save energy is to recycle a lot of the immune cells that are not needed, especially
those that may be damaged.” This would mean that according to the study’s findings the process of fasting for a 72-hour period of time followed by re-feeding with a healthy, nutritionally focused diet can, essentially, provide those who
are struggling with a new immune system.
While the possible benefits are definitely worth further review, medical professionals warn that further study is required before it will be seen as a definitive medical option. The study’s co-author Tanya Dorff, MD, assistant professor of clinical medicine at the USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center and Hospital advised, “While chemotherapy saves lives, it causes significant
collateral damage to the immune system. The results of this study suggest that fasting may mitigate some of the harmful effects of chemotherapy. More clinical studies are needed, and any such dietary intervention should be undertaken only under the guidance
of a physician.”

Folk blir syke av målerne kloden rundt – myndighetene avviser
I mange land kloden rundt plasseres det nå ut automatiske målere for strøm, vann og gass basert på trådløs
kommunikasjon mellom målerne og trådløs rapportering til leverandøren. Over alt fører de til protester fra folk som opplever at de får akutte helseplager av dem. Målinger som demonstrerer fysiske virkninger beskrives
i artikler, bloggposter og på video.
Overalt finner folk også ut at dersom de vil forsøke å skjerme seg mot smartmålernes radiosignaler, er det svært vanskelig: de havner i et villniss av juss og teknologi som er
for vanskelig å håndtere alene. Ansvaret er splittet opp, og netteierne og myndighetene gjør felles sak mot boligeierne. For mange – uvisst hvor mange – er eneste alternativ de selv kan makte, å flytte ut av sine hjem.
Bare her i Norge får jeg og andre flere telefoner per uke fra fortvilte folk som bor midlertidig hos venner og bekjente, eller som er i gang med å kle vegger og tak med metallfolier for å forsøke å dempe plagene.
i disse landene svarer ganske likt på klager og protester: De viser til at landets helsepolitikk bygger på et kunnskapsgrunnlag som tilsier at slike reaksjoner ikke kan skyldes strålingen, at strålingen er svært sjelden og svak og kort i
forhold til de fastsatte maksimale grenseverdiene for slikt utstyr, at det allerede fins så mye annet utstyr som kommuniserer mer og med minst like kraftige signaler, at det er så få som klager. Dette
svarer de uten å kommentere eller vurdere de mange vitenskapelige studiene som har påvist at stråling av det slaget som smartmålerne sender ut, likefullt har sterke biologiske virkninger – til tross for at strålingen er
langt svakere enn de gjeldende grenseverdiene, og at de biologiske mekanismene som skaper slike helseplager, i stor grad er forstått og påvist, både teoretisk og i empiriske studier.
Disse vitenskapelige studiene er mange, har pågått
over mange tiår i uavhengige miljøer, de er meget tydelige i sine funn, og de påviser så tydelige og vesentlige konsekvenser at de ikke med rimelighet kan avvises som usikre eller uvesentlige funn. (Se kildehenvisninger nedenfor.)
Problemet er ikke om myndighetene kanskje har rett i sin avvisning, men hva den enkelte skal gjøre for å beskytte sin egen helse/redusere helserisiko i denne situasjonen, og hvordan de som rammes, kan beskytte seg mot å
få sin livsutfoldelse og sosiale omgang sterkt begrenset. Og så er problemet å forstå og kunne gjøre forståelig hvordan myndighetene tar feil, og få gjennomslag for at denne teknologien må begrenses, modifiseres
eller skrapes, generelt og i de enkelte installasjoner. Dette bør skje av hensyn til helse og miljø: Den ene undersøkelsen etter den andre viser at vi ødelegger livet på planeten – planter, insekter, fugler, dyr og mennesker
– gjennom å rulle ut stadig mer slik teknologi (Sutherland & al 2018, søk også på einarflydal.com på «miljøkatastrofe«).
Hva er i veien med strålingen fra målerne?
Målerne kommuniserer seg imellom og med «sentralen» med små «skurer» av sterke mikrobølgede radiosignaler (pulser)
mange ganger i døgnet, noen modeller og programvareversjoner har man registrert sende ut «kallesignaler» oftere enn hvert 0,6 sekund og ved maksimalt tillatt sendestyrke (0,5 Watt utstrålt effekt e.r.p.). Detaljer i sendestyrke, modulering
og hyppighet varierer med modeller og programvare, og mønsterne kan forandres, og er blitt forandret, fra et sentralt kontrollrom uten at strømabonnentene vet om det, og uten at biologiske virkninger tas i betraktning.
I et slags radioingeniør-språk
kan strålingen fra smartmålere beskrives som modulert mikrobølget radio med puls-skurer med kort stigningstid, høy PAPR og dannelse av periodiske ELF. I dagligtale betyr dette at radiosignalene har en rask grunnfrekvens
(noe under en milliard svingninger per sekund), men at det på toppen av denne grunnfrekvensen som er ganske svak, kommer kraftige signaler som skurer i svært brå støt («pulser»), og at mange av disse signalene danner meget
lave frekvenser (fra rett over 0 til en del tusen svingninger per sekund).
Mange blir akutt syke straks smartmålere blir installert (se f.eks. denne samlingen historier fra Norge). Dette er gjort kjent overfor næringen og for myndighetene gjennom en lang rekke henvendelser, skriv, telefoner og klager. Det blir ikke tatt hensyn til på
annen måte enn at det er mulig å søke fritak for trådløs kommunikasjon på egen måler, mens det blir avvist at det er mulig å få fysiske reaksjoner.
Forskning har over svært mange ti-år
påvist at slike radiosignaler gir biologiske reaksjoner på en rekke ulike måter. Noen virkemåter er godt kjent og forstått, andre er kjent, men er delvis uforstått. Folks følsomhet varierer – noen får
akutte symptomer de merker og forstår årsaken til. Andres reaksjoner kommer først etter lang tid, eller kan bare avleses statistisk gjennom store befolkningsundersøkelser.

Her nevnes bare noen få typer virkninger. Disse er meget solid dokumentert og har meget omfattende helsemessige følger:
- Energien i slike signaler er sterk nok til å åpne celleveggenes kalsiumkanaler.
Det fører til økt oksidantproduksjon, med et uhyre variert skadebilde knyttet til inflammasjoner, oksidativt stress, svekket energi og DNA-skader.
- Kroppen svarer på eksponeringen som ved et giftangrep ved å danne forsvarsprotein
(HSP) og mastceller i huden.
- Lave frekvenser som dannes av pulsene, forstyrrer de pulsmønstrene som ellers kommer fra de naturlige omgivelsene og som regulerer biologiske funksjoner i alt kjent liv (for omfattende populærframstilling
og forskningsreferanser se Firstenberg 2017):
- Ca 8 Hz og frekvenser i sprang på 6 Hz over dette (Schumann-frekvenser) påvirker døgnrytmen og samordner ulike kroppsfunksjoner.
- Mennesker, dyr og planter gjør aktiv
bruk av eksponering for en rekke andre frekvenser fra naturen, og helsen blir forstyrret når vi eksponeres for disse frekvensene kommer til feil tid.
- Visse frekvenser (2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 28 kHz) gjør kroppens membraner mer eller mindre
gjennomtrengelige ved å gi resonans i peptider (Baumer & Sõnning 2002).
Det er påvist en rekke andre mekanismer. For en oversikt, se f.eks. (Horsevad 2015).
Symptomene som følger
av disse skademekanismene alene er svært omfattende og spenner fra hodepine til kreft, utmattelse og utslett. Virkningene har vært påvist gang på gang siden utforskningen av elektrisitet for alvor tok til på 1700-tallet. Lista
fra den gang er omtrent den samme som i dag. (Se ramme.)
Symptomene er ikke spesifikke: de kan også komme av andre miljøgifter eller påvirkninger – i samspill. Virkningen fra mikrobølget stråling er ikke sterkere
jo sterkere signalet er, eller altså svakere jo svakere det er: Biologiens reaksjonsmåter er langt mer subtile. Kroppsfunksjoner kan forstyrres av meget svake signalstyrker. At menneskers reagerer på lave frekvenser er målt ved effekter
så lave som 0,0038 Volt per meter, en strømstyrke som er nesten så svak som naturlig bakgrunnsstråling (Firstenberg 2017).
Pulser er kjent fra værfronter og skaper «værsyke» over uhyre lange avstander
(Firstenberg 2017). Det er påvist i lab-forsøk at slike pulser fra værfronter i Nordsjøen endret gjennomtrengeligheten til industrielt kromgelatin, laget av kollagen, i München, altså over en avstand på rundt 40 mil
(Baumer & Sönning 2002).
Vi har i dag mange kilder til elektromagnetiske felt og stråling rundt oss. Og vi har mange diffuse helseplager av samme type som forskerne siden 1700-tallet har funnet kan skapes av slike kilder. For å
redusere slike helseplager trenger vi å redusereden samlede eksponeringen, særlig av kilder som eksponerer oss og alt annet liv for pulser med lave frekvenser.
Smartmålere gjør nøyaktig det motsatte, og
de lar seg ikke slå av når vi syns at vi ikke trenger dem De er også vanskelige å skjerme seg mot. Strålingen fra dem forandres dessuten ettersom ingeniører uten noen forståelse for den biologiske siden av saken finner
ut at de skal endre på signaleringen.
De virkningene som er beskrevet her, er generelle og flere eller færre av dem gjenfinnes i store deler av befolkningen – hva enten den enkelte er seg bevisst hva årsaken måtte
være eller ikke. Men hvor sterkt virkningene er tilstede, kan variere kraftig, fra umerkelig til invalidiserende. Ekstra sterk ømfintlighet er i 5 – 10 % av befolkningen knyttet medisinsk til genetisk betinget redusert produksjon av visse
varianter av enzymet porfyrin. Slik overfølsomhet opptrer ofte sammen med kjemisk overfølsomhet, MCS, som er knyttet til samme genetiske trekk (Firstenberg 2017), og gir sterkere utslag jo mer der er av miljøgifter (herunder elektromagnetiske
felt) i omgivelsene. Det fins en rekke andre medisinske diagnostiske indikatorer på el-overfølsomhet og el-følsomhet, men ingen klinisk enkelttest (EUROPAEM 2016, Bevington 2013).
Hva er i veien med myndighetskontrollen?
Smartmålernes bruk av frekvenser, signalstyrke, -hyppighet og -lengde er regulert av «fribruksforskriften» av 2012, en teknisk forskrift som gir «trafikkregler». Den sørger også for at målerne
holder seg innenfor gjeldende grenseverdier som er anbefalt av WHO som utgangspunkt for å fastsette nasjonale grenseverdier – etter egen vurdering av til enhver tid foreliggende forskning. Disse anbefalingene (ICNIRP 1998) er sterkt
foreldet, og bruker induksjon av nervesignaler (ved lave frekvenser) og oppvarmingsskader (ved høye frekvenser) som eneste skadekriterium, og overlater resten til land og arbeidsgivere – altså å sørge for å sette grenseverdier
som passer til enhver tid foreliggende kunnskap.
Dette er klart utilstrekkelig, men verdenssamfunnet har ikke klart å enes om nye og strengere grenser. For til det er interessemotsetningene for store: næringen står mot biologer og
medisinere og hevder at forskningen «ikke er sikker nok». Presis som tobakksindustrien i sin tid gjorde, sammen med slike forskere som var villige til å forsvare den. En oppdatering av ICNIRP 1998 vil komme sommeren 2018, men kommer ikke
til å endre på skadekriteriene eller grenseverdiene.
Statens strålevern skulle, som nevnt, altså vurdert om der er behov for strengere grenseverdier, men har ingen egen vurdering av dette. Det har ikke Statens strålevern
kompetanse til. I stedet følger Strålevernet anbefalingene fra utvalg som hevder at de gamle anbefalingene fra 1998 er gode nok for å beskytte mot helsebelastninger – fordi forskningen om andre skader «ikke er sikker nok»
(f.eks. Alexander & al 2012, SSM 2016).
Disse utvalgene er uten unntak sterkt knyttet til ICNIRP og WHO og til gamle stråleverntradisjoner. For å anse noe som tilstrekkelig påvist, krever de at det foreligger detaljert årsaksforklaring,
flere gjentatte studier som gir samme resultat, påvist relevans på mennesker og ikke bare på forsøksdyr, undersøkelser både i laboratorier og befolkningsstudier, og så detaljerte beskrivelser av forsøket at
det ikke kan reises tvil om utførelsen. Slike krav til biologisk forskning er urimelige, de er i strid med føre-var-prinsippet, de fungerer i praksis som uthalingstaktikk, og de gjør at man aldri kan få aksept for noe som helst
og aldri handle før det er for seint. I tillegg blir det jukset med utvalget av arbeider de undersøker, og med hvordan de klassifiseres (se detaljer i (se f.eks. Starkey 2016, Pall 2015, Glomsrød & Solheim 2012).
fra disse utvalgene er behagelige og passer statsforvaltningen: Å innføre strengere grenser er komplisert. For eksempel ville det skape handelshindringer. Myndighetene gjør derfor ingenting med dette. Helsemyndighetene kan derfor heller
ikke innrømme at folk kan få helseplager ved eksponeringer svakere enn grenseverdiene – for da må jo grenseverdiene skjerpes!
Så selv om man i møter med forvaltningen forstår at embetsverket innser at folk
blir syke av stråling svakere enn grenseverdiene (bloggpost 25.11.2016), insisterer
de på at dette ikke er mulig, ettersom Norges helsepolitikk baserer seg på at det er slik. Derfor får også legene beskjed fra fylkeslegen om at de skal være svært restriktive med å skrive ut legeattester på el-overfølsomhet.
For Helsedirektoratet har instruert om dette (omtalt i bloggpost
5.2.2018), og har gjort det klart at el-overfølsomhet ikke er mulig utfra det gjeldende kunnskapsgrunnlaget for norsk helsepolitikk på feltet!
Fra myndighetene er det således ingen hjelp eller støtte
å få for å beskytte seg mot signaleringen fra andre målere enn sin egen. Heller ikke mot andre målere i en boligblokk, selv når disse står plassert i blokkas trapperom rett utenfor ens soveromsvegg.
må derfor selv sørge for de tiltak man ønsker for å beskytte helsen. Enkeltpersoners tiltak blir nødvendigvis dårligere enn om fellesskapet hadde lagt fornuftige rammer, men dette er det beste alternativet Helsenorge
og strømbransjen tilbyr i forbindelse med smartmålere.
Dårlige tekniske løsninger på grunn av slapt regelverk og manglende overvåkning
Tankene bak smartmålerne
er blant annet rasjonell drift gjennom fjernkontroll og fjernavlesning, og å skape et effektivt marked der prisingen varierer med etterspørselen. Det krever meget hyppig avlesning. Men dette ligger langt inn i framtida, og er en slags utopi som
neppe vil bli realisert mer enn et lite stykke på vei med dagens målere. Kravene til dagens løsninger for strøm er timesregistrering og rapportering til NVE én gang per døgn. For vann er det kommunene som setter kravene,
og de er langt romsligere, f.eks. avlesning en gang per måned ved at vannverkets bil kjører gjennom området.
Disse kravene kan innfris med langt mindre trådløs kommunikasjon – og dermed langt mindre pulsing –
enn dagens løsninger. For eksempel kunne målerne «ligge på været» og «lytte» på beskjed om å sendeover målerdata, i stedet for selv å sende aktivt til med få sekunders mellomrom.
Slappe regelverk basert på foreldede grenseverdier som tar for gitt at her kan ikke finnes biologiske virkninger, har derimot ansporet utviklerne til å sløse med kommunikasjonen: det koster ingenting, er enkelt, og er tillatt.
det er i strid med ALARA-prinsippet i strålevernloven – prinsippet om at strålingen aldri skal være større enn det som er nødvendig for å fylle hensikten. Og det er selvsagt i strid med føre-var-prinsippet,
selv om man holder seg til norske helsemyndigheters offisielle standpunkt: at grenseverdiene er tilstrekkelige, og at det ikke er påvist skader ved svakere eksponering som er sikker nok til at den behøver hensyntas. For kriteriene her er så
rigide at de er i strid med føre-var-prinsippet.
Det følger av gjennomgangen ovenfor at en kontroll som bare bruker de retningsgivende verdiene fra ICNIRP 1998 som referanse, er jevngodt med ingen kontroll.
Således er det
fullstendig utilstrekkelig og å kaste folk blår i øynene – tilsiktet eller ikke – når NKOM foretar målinger for Strålevernet, men bare tester utfra gjeldende grenseverdier. Konklusjonen blir da selvsagt at strålingen
er svak, sjelden og kort, og laaaaaaangt under grenseverdiene – og altså uskadelig. Dersom NKOMs målinger skal ha interesse i forbindelse med biologiske virkninger, må NKOM sammenholde målingene med biologisk relevante standarder
som tar hensyn til virkningen av pulser i mikrobølgede signaler, f.eks. (EUROPAEM 2016).
Men slike målinger og sammenlikninger utføres ikke av myndighetene. Statens strålevern utfører i realiteten ingen relevant kontroll
av helsevirkningene av smartmålere.
Det foregår heller ingen kontroll av hvordan netteierne eller deres kontraktører, f.eks. leverandørene av målerne og deres styringsprogramvare, regulerer målernes radiotrafikk.
Det foreligger flere rapporter som viser at den reguleres, og at det i forbindelse med dette oppstår helseplager hos beboere. Slike endringer foregår uten at det tas hensyn til biologiske virkninger, og gjøres av personale uten slik innsikt.
Det tilfører målersystemene en form for fjernkontroll og fjernstyring som har meget ubehagelige overtoner og gir enkelte personer betydelige helseplager.
På toppen av dette kommer at myndighetene også gjør elementære
feil som demonstrerer kunnskapsmangelen:
Når Statens strålevern hevder at strålingen fra en smartmåler for strøm er langt svakere enn fra en mobiltelefon, er det fordi etaten blander sammen ulike målemetoder (e.r.p.
og e.i.r.p.). Korrigert for dette er strålingen fra en smartmåler er svakere enn en GSM-mobiltelefon, men sterkere enn en 3G- og 4G-mobil (bloggpost
Når mikrobølget stråling har raske og sterke pulser, svekkes strålingen langsommere fordi den regenereres på veien gjennom vevet: Det dannes «Brillouin-forløpere»(Microwave News 2002). Dette kan gjelde pulsene fra smartmålere,
men ser ikke ut til å være undersøkt og inngår ikke i beregningsgrunnlaget for grenseverdiene. Om det bak grenseverdiene ligger tilstrekkelig gode modeller for hvor langt inn i vev energien trenger, virker derfor tvilsomt.
Det fins bedre retningslinjer å bruke – og det fins handlingsplikt og juss
Gjeldende grenseverdier (ICNIRP 1998) er beregnet med utgangspunkt i «glatte» radiosignaler som er uten pulsing.
Slike signaler har langt mindre biologisk virkning. De gjeldende grenseverdiene for mikrobølger forutsetter altså at det ikke fins pulser i dem, og at det ikke fins andre skadevirkninger å bry seg med, enn oppvarming. Strålevernets
argumenter om at strålingen er så sjelden, svak og kortvarig bygger derfor på helt uholdbare forutsetninger og er ikke relevante for de aktuelle skademekanismene.
ICNIRP er bare en
stiftelse som organiserer noen forskere og utredere med holdninger til stråling og bevisførsel som passer elektrisitets- og trådløsnæringen. Andre interessegrupper av forskere og ingeniører som er opptatt av helse- og
miljøskader, har også utarbeidet sine forslag til retningsgivende eksponeringsverdier, og de har gjort det med utgangspunkt i anerkjent forskning på biologiske virkninger. Den nyeste, best begrunnede og mest detaljerte retningslinjen tar
hensyn til foreliggende forskning på hvor sterkt pulsede mikrobølgesignaler påvirker biologien, og gir anbefalinger for føre-var-verdier i lokaler der folk skal oppholde seg mer enn noen få timer (EUROPAEM 2016, tabell 3, s.
19). Ønsker man å sikre seg mot helsebelastningen, er dette den beste retningslinjen man kan bruke – hva enten man skal finne felles løsninger i en boligblokk eller skal skjerme rom i egen bolig mot smartmålere eller andre kilder.
EUROPAEM 2016 bygger på omfattende forskning og på anbefalinger fra en rekke medisinske og biologifaglige utvalg, samt fra den tyske bygningsbiologi-standarden , en standard utviklet av et tverrfaglig miljø av blant annet biologer, ingeniører,
medisinere og yrkeshygienikere.
Utplassering av smartmålere med slik signalering som i dag, er ikke forenlig med de maks-verdiene som anbefales i EUROPAEM 2016, med mindre antennene er retningsbestemte og det legges vekt på hvordan de plasseres.
Det fins såvidt vites ikke lovgivning, forskrifter eller annet som hindrer et boligsameie/borettslag, en kommune eller et firma å innføre strengere grenseverdier enn ICNIRP 1998s anbefalinger. Tvertom kan det argumenteres for at de
har en plikt til å gjøre det når de blir klar over at det er sannsynlig at det foreligger risiko for helseskader fra smartmålerne.
Åpenbart behov for juridiske utredninger
Lovligheten av utplasseringen av smartmålere er ikke utredet. Miljøkonsekvenser for AMS-prosjektet er ikke utredet. Forholdet til Gr.l. §112, som gir landets innbyggere rett til et godt miljø, er
ikke utredet. Straks det innrømmes rom for tvil om grenseverdiene gir tilstrekkelig beskyttelse mot helseskader for den typen stråling som smartmålere sender ut, åpnes det for at denne retten krenkes.
Da åpnes det også
for at Nabolova overtres. Den gir forbud mot virksomhet som plager naboer ved å gå ut over grensene og forbi egen eiendom.
Produktansvarsloven, produktkontrolloven og produktsikkerhetsforskriften gir
plikt til å påse at produkter som omsettes og systemer som plasseres ut ikke har unødige og ukjente skadevirkninger. Også disse lovene er da relevante. Det samme er lover og forskrifter som regulerer universell utforming, forbrukerbeskyttelse og HMS.
Samt regnskapsloven som jo pålegger plikt til å undersøke og opplyse om ens virksomhet har konsekvenser for ytre miljø.
Her er det behov for snarlige juridiske avklaringer.
Når en smartmåler først er montert, kan du ikke velge å avstå fra å bli eksponert for strålingen fra den. Den står på og sender døgnet rundt, og det kan
være vanskelig og dyrt og skjerme seg fra den. Du kan derimot selv velge å avstå eller redusere din eksponering for annen pulset mikrobølget stråling ved f.eks. å minimere bruk av mobiltelefoni og WiFi. Å sammenlikne
strålingen fra smartmålere og mikrobølget forbrukerelektronikk er derfor ikke rimelig.
Det er før de første monteringene at det er gunstigst å handle hvis man vil få til en god løsning. Det gjelder
alle typer smartmålere. Nedenfor er utgangspunktet AMS-strømmålerne. For vannmålere er det kommunene som velger målertypene og setter regelverket og jeg er ikke kjent med fritaksreglene.
Dersom målerne kables seg
i mellom, reduseres behovet for trådløs kommunikasjon fra og til målerne dramatisk. En slik løsning er standard fra strømmålerprodusentene, men netteierne tilbyr det ikke fordi det tar tid og koster penger. De har valgt
modeller som ikke kan kables, og NVE har akseptert dette, med henvisning til strålevernets argumenter om at strålingen er så svak.
Bare forbrukermakt, juss og politikk kan endre på dette. Vil du eller ditt sameie/borettslag få
kablet målerne eller få flyttet antennene bort fra boligene, må du/dere få fullmakter fra strømabonnentene det gjelder, og gjerne organisere deg/dere med andre for å få forhandlingsstyrke og overbevisningskraft nok
til å få igjennom en løsning. Dere må bruke juss eller forbrukermakt, eller få saken opp politisk.
Miljøorganisasjonene, huseierorganisasjoner, leger og forbrukerorganisasjoner burde selvsagt også vært
på banen, men det har de så langt ikke vært. De har visst for lite, og de har stolt på strålevernmyndighetene.
Ditt private alternativ er å få fritak fra installasjon av den trådløse
radiokommunikasjonsdelen med den begrunnelse at en smartmåler vil være til vesentlig ulempe. Forskriften gir netteier adgang til å gi deg fritak dersom du kan dokumentere dette i form av f.eks. legeattest eller attest fra psykolog. I praksis
krever NVE at du må ha legeattest på el-overfølsomhet. Du skaffer deg legeattest dersom du vil unngå en krangel, og unngå å bruke jurist for å få netteier til å godta annen dokumentasjon,
slik forskriftens bokstav jo åpner for: EUROPAEM 2016 burde være fullt ut tilstrekkelig dokumentasjon rent vitenskapelig og juridisk sett til å begrunne sannsynlighet for økt helserisiko. EUROPAEM 2016 gir også faglig grunnlag
nok for en lege såvel som en elektroingeniør til å forstå at reaksjoner på eksponering for smartmålere kan være en realitet.

Får du fritak for egen del, gjelder det bare måleren knyttet til ditt eget abonnement. I en boligblokk eller rekkehus eller byggefelt vil du altså likefullt være eksponert for de andres målere. Du får heller ikke adgang
til fritak fordi du ønsker å ta hensyn til naboer. De skal eksponeres for din måler! For hvis NVE åpnet for at folk som blir syke av målerne skulle beskyttes mot dem, ville det jo gi ringvirkninger som ville true prosjektet.
Dessuten ville det innebære en innrømmelse av at det ikke bare er deg og din overtro det er noe galt med, men med selve grenseverdiene! Det har for store konsekvenser, så det må forhindres, later det til.

5G - FROM BLANKETS TO BULLETS

The single most important fact about 5G that nobody is talking about is called “phased array.” It will totally change the way cell towers and cell phones are constructed
and will transform the blanket of radiation which has enveloped our world for two decades into a million powerful beams whizzing by us at all times. Blake Levitt, author of Electromagnetic Fields: A Consumer’s Guide to the Issues and How to
Protect Ourselves (Harcourt Brace, 1995), brought this to my attention. A mutual friend, with whom I was speaking during the campaign to defeat S.B. 649 in California, passed on a message from Blake: “5G antennas will be phased arrays; Arthur
will know what that means.” And I did.
Phased arrays were one of the first things I learned about in the very beginning of my long, involuntary journey from medical student to campaigner against wireless technology. After I was injured by X-rays
in 1980, I began to read everything I could get my hands on that had to do with electromagnetic radiation and its effects on life. And one of the first books I read was Paul Brodeur’s The Zapping of America (W.W. Norton, 1977).
Brodeur was a staff writer for the New Yorker who had purchased property on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, only to discover that 30 miles inland, across the bay from his future home, the Air Force was
planning to construct the world’s most powerful radar station. It was going to scan the Atlantic Ocean as a key early warning element protecting us against the threat of sea-launched ballistic missiles from the Soviet Union. Although it emitted an average
power of only 145,000 watts, similar to some FM radio stations, it did not broadcast that energy from only a single antenna and it did not spread that energy out uniformly in all directions. Instead, it had 3,600 antennas arranged in two “phased arrays”
of 1,800 antennas each. The antennas in each array worked together as a unit to focus all their energy into a narrow, steerable beam. Each beam had an effective power of four billion watts, and the peak radiation level exceeded 0.3 milliwatt per square centimeter—the
FCC’s safety limit today—at a distance of ten miles in front of the radar station. The facility was called PAVE PAWS (Precision Acquisition of Vehicle Entry Phased Array Warning System).
The Defense Department acknowledged in a 1975 report,
quoted by Brodeur, that such systems “energize thousands of operational elements, are electronically steered at high search rates, and operate at a frequency range having a maximum whole body energy transfer to man and for which little bioeffects data
Shortly after I read this, I discovered firsthand what some of the bioeffects were. Attempting to finish my M.D. almost cost me my life. I collapsed one day with all the symptoms of a heart attack, whereupon I resigned from school and
moved up to Mendocino to recover. There I was in the path of the other PAVE PAWS, the one that scanned the Pacific Ocean. This PAVE PAWS was due east of Mendocino, in California’s Central Valley at Beale Air Force Base. And for nine months, every evening
at precisely 7:00 p.m., no matter where I was or what I was doing, my chest would tighten and I would be unable to catch my breath for the next two hours. At precisely 9:00 p.m., my body would relax and I could breathe. I lived in Mendocino from 1982 through
1984, and although I eventually recovered my health, I was always aware of an uncomfortable pressure in my chest whenever I was on the coast. I also lived in Mendocino from 1999 to 2004, and felt that same discomfort whenever I was there, and always felt it
suddenly vanish when I drove out of range of PAVE PAWS, and suddenly return at the same point on my journey home.
5G is going to be at a much higher frequency range, which means the antennas are going to be much
smaller—small enough to fit inside a smartphone—but like in PAVE PAWS they are going to work together in a phased array, and like in PAVE PAWS they are going to concentrate their energy in narrow, steerable high power beams. The arrays are going
to track each other, so that wherever you are, a beam from your smartphone is going to be aimed directly at the base station (cell tower), and a beam from the base station is going to be aimed directly at you. If you walk between someone’s phone and
the base station, both beams will go right through your body. The beam from the tower will hit you even if you are standing near someone who is on a smartphone. And if you are in a crowd, multiple beams will overlap and be unavoidable.
At present, smartphones
emit a maximum of about two watts, and usually operate at a power of less than a watt. That will still be true of 5G phones, however inside a 5G phone there may be 8 tiny arrays of 8 tiny antennas each, all working together to track the nearest cell tower
and aim a narrowly focused beam at it. The FCC has recently adopted rules allowing the effective power of those beams to be as much as 20 watts. Now if a handheld smartphone sent a 20-watt beam through your body, it would far exceed the exposure limit set
by the FCC. What the FCC is counting on is that there is going to be a metal shield between the display side of a 5G phone and the side with all the circuitry and antennas. That shield will be there to protect the circuitry from electronic interference that
would otherwise be caused by the display and make the phone useless. But it will also function to keep most of the radiation from traveling directly into your head or body, and therefore the FCC is allowing 5G phones to come to market that will have an effective
radiated power that is ten times as high as for 4G phones. What this will do to the user’s hands, the FCC does not say. And who is going to make sure that when you stick a phone in your pocket, the correct side is facing your body? And who is going to
protect all the bystanders from radiation that is coming in their direction that is ten times as strong as it used to be?
And what about all the other 5G equipment that is going to be installed in all your computers, appliances, and
automobiles? The FCC calls handheld phones “mobile stations.” Transmitters in cars are also “mobile stations.” But the FCC has also issued rules for what it calls ”transportable stations,” which it defines as transmitting
equipment that is used in stationary locations and not in motion, such as local hubs for wireless broadband in your home or business. The FCC’s new rules allow an effective radiated power of 300 watts for such equipment.
The situation with cell towers is, if anything, worse. So far the FCC has approved bands of frequencies around 24 GHz, 28 GHz, 38 GHz, 39 GHz, and 48 GHz for use in 5G stations, and is proposing to add 32 GHz, 42 GHz, 50 GHz, 71-76 GHz, 81-86 GHz, and above
95 GHz to the soup. These have tiny wavelengths and require tiny antennas. At 48 GHz, an array of 1,024 antennas will measure only 4 inches square. And the maximum radiated power from a base station will probably not be that large—tens or hundreds of
watts. But just as with PAVE PAWS, arrays containing such large numbers of antennas will be able to channel the energy into highly focused beams, and the effective radiated power will be enormous. The rules adopted by the FCC allow a 5G
base station operating in the millimeter range to emit an effective radiated power of up to 30,000 watts per 100 MHz of spectrum. And when you consider that some of the frequency bands the FCC has made available will allow telecom companies to buy up to
3 GHz of contiguous spectrum at auction, they will legally be allowed to emit an effective radiated power of up to 900,000 watts if they own that much spectrum. The base stations emitting power like that will be located on the sidewalk. They will be small
rectangular structures mounted on top of utility poles.
The reason the companies want so much power is because millimeter waves are easily blocked by objects and walls and require tremendous power to penetrate inside buildings and communicate with all
the devices that we own that are going to part of the Internet of Things. The reason such tiny wavelengths are required is because of the need for an enormous amount of bandwidth—a hundred times as much bandwidth as we formerly used—in order to
have smart homes, smart businesses, smart cars, and smart cities, i.e. in order to connect so many of our possessions, big and small, to the internet, and make them do everything we want them to do as fast as we want them to do it. The higher the frequency,
the greater the bandwidth—but the smaller the waves. Base stations have to be very close together—100 meters apart in cities—and they have to blast out their signals in order to get them inside homes and buildings. And the only way to do
this economically is with phased arrays and focused beams that are aimed directly at their targets. What happens to birds that fly through the beams, the FCC does not say. And what happens to utility workers who climb utility poles and work next to these structures
everyday? A 30,000-watt beam will cook an egg, or an eye, at a distance of a few feet.
The power from a base station will be distributed among as many devices as are connected at the same time. When a lot of people are using their phones simultaneously,
everyone’s phone will slow down but the amount of radiation in each beam will be less. When you are the only person using your phone—for example, late at night—your data speed will be blisteringly fast but most of the radiation from the cell
tower will be aimed at you.
Deep penetration into the body
Another important fact about radiation from phased array antennas is this: it penetrates much deeper into the human body and the assumptions that the FCC’s exposure
limits are based on do not apply. This was brought to everyone’s attention by Dr. Richard Albanese of Brooks Air Force Base in connection with PAVE PAWS and was reported on in Microwave News in 2002. When an ordinary electromagnetic

we are being given—that these millimeter waves are too short to penetrate far into the body—is not true.

The Complete History of Monsanto, “The World’s Most Evil Corporation”

running amok, Monsanto has consistently outperformed its rivals, earning the crown as “most evil corporation on Earth!”
Not content to simply rest upon its throne of destruction, it remains focused on newer, more scientifically innovative ways to harm the planet and its people.
1901: The company is founded by John Francis Queeny, a member of the Knights of Malta, a thirty year pharmaceutical veteran married to Olga Mendez Monsanto, for which Monsanto Chemical Works
is named. The company’s first product is chemical saccharin, sold to Coca-Cola as an artificial sweetener.
Even then, the government knew saccharin was poisonous and sued to stop its manufacture but lost in court, thus opening the Monsanto Pandora’s Box to begin poisoning the world through
the soft drink.
1920s: Monsanto expands into industrial chemicals and drugs, becoming the world’s largest maker of aspirin, acetylsalicyclic acid, (toxic of course). This is also the
time when things began to go horribly wrong for the planet in a hurry with the introduction of their polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs).
“PCBs were considered an industrial wonder chemical,
an oil that wouldn’t burn, impervious to degradation and had almost limitless applications. Today PCBs are considered one of the gravest chemical threats on the planet. Widely used as lubricants, hydraulic fluids, cutting oils, waterproof
coatings and liquid sealants, are potent carcinogens and have been implicated in reproductive, developmental and immune system disorders. The world’s center of PCB manufacturing was Monsanto’s plant on the outskirts of East St. Louis,
Illinois, which has the highest rate of fetal death and immature births in the state.”(1)
Even though PCBs were eventually banned after fifty years for causing such devastation, it is still present in just about all animal
and human blood and tissue cells across the globe. Documents introduced in court later showed Monsanto was fully aware of the deadly effects, but criminally hid them from the public to keep the PCB gravy-train going full speed!

it had created an environmental Hell on Earth.
1950s: Closely aligned with The Walt Disney Company, Monsanto creates several attractions at Disney’s
Tomorrowland, espousing the glories of chemicals and plastics. Their “House of the Future” is constructed entirely of toxic plastic that is not biodegradable as they had asserted. What, Monsanto lied? I’m shocked!

1960s: Monsanto, along with chemical partner-in-crime DOW Chemical, produces dioxin-laced Agent Orange for use in the U.S.’s Vietnam invasion. The results? Over
3 million people contaminated, a half-million Vietnamese civilians dead, a half-million Vietnamese babies born with birth defects and thousands of U.S. military veterans suffering or dying from its effects to this day!
Monsanto is hauled

1970s: Monsanto partner,
G.D. Searle, produces numerous internal studies which claim aspartame to be safe, while the FDA’s own scientific research clearly reveals that aspartame causes tumors and massive holes in the brains of rats, before killing them. The FDA initiates a grand
jury investigation into G.D. Searle for “knowingly misrepresenting findings and concealing material facts and making false statements” in regard to aspartame safety.
During this time, Searle strategically taps prominent
Washington insider Donald Rumsfeld, who served as Secretary of Defense during the Gerald Ford and George W. Bush presidencies, to become CEO. The corporation’s primary goal is to have Rumsfeld utilize his political influence and vast experience
in the killing business to grease the FDA to play ball with them.
A few months later, Samuel Skinner receives “an offer he can’t refuse,” withdraws from the investigation and resigns his post at the U.S.
Attorney’s Office to go work for Searle’s law firm. This mob tactic stalls the case just long enough for the statute of limitation to run out and the grand jury investigation is abruptly and conveniently dropped.
indisputable research that reveals the toxic effects of aspartame and as then FDA commissioner Dr. Jere Goyan was about to sign a petition into law keeping it off the market, Donald Rumsfeld calls Ronald Reagan for a favor the day after he takes office. Reagan
fires the uncooperative Goyan and appoints Dr. Arthur Hayes Hull to head the FDA, who then quickly tips the scales in Searle’s favor and NutraSweet is approved for human consumption in dried products.This becomes sadly ironic since Reagan, a known jelly
bean and candy enthusiast, later suffers from Alzheimers during his second term, one of the many horrific effects of aspartame consumption.
Searle’s real goal though was to have aspartame approved as a soft drink sweetener since
exhaustive studies revealed that at temperatures exceeding 85 degrees Fahrenheit, it “breaks down into known toxins Diketopiperazines (DKP), methyl (wood) alcohol, and formaldehyde.”, becoming many times deadlier than its powdered form!
The National Soft Drink Association (NSDA) is initially in an uproar, fearing future lawsuits from consumers permanently injured or killed by drinking the poison. When Searle is able to show that liquid aspartame, though incredibly deadly,
is much more addictive than crack cocaine, the NSDA is convinced that skyrocketing profits from the sale of soft drinks laced with aspartame would easily offset any future liability. With that, corporate greed wins and the unsuspecting soft drink consumers
pay for it with damaged healths.
Coke leads the way once again (remember saccharin?) and begins poisoning Diet Coke drinkers with aspartame in 1983. As expected, sales skyrocket as millions become hopelessly addicted and sickened by the
sweet poison served in a can. The rest of the soft drink industry likes what it sees and quickly follows suit, conveniently forgetting all about their initial reservations that aspartame is a deadly chemical. There’s money to be made, lots of it and
that’s all that really matters to them anyway!
In 1985, undaunted by the swirl of corruption and multiple accusations of fraudulent research undertaken by Searle, Monsanto purchases the company and forms a new aspartame subsidiary
called NutraSweet Company. When multitudes of independent scientists and researchers continue to warn about aspartame’s toxic effects, Monsanto goes on the offensive, bribing the National Cancer Institute and providing their own fraudulent papers to
get the NCI to claim that formaldehyde does not cause cancer so that aspartame can stay on the market.
The known effects of aspartame ingestion are: “mania, rage, violence, blindness, joint-pain, fatigue, weight-gain, chest-pain,
coma, insomnia, numbness, depression, tinnitus, weakness, spasms, irritability, nausea, deafness, memory-loss, rashes, dizziness, headaches, seizures, anxiety, palpitations, fainting, cramps, diarrhoea, panic, burning in the mouth. Diseases triggered/mimmicked

Further, 80% of complaints made
to the FDA regarding food additives are about aspartame, which is now in over 5,000 products including diet and non-diet sodas and sports drinks, mints, chewing gum, frozen desserts, cookies, cakes, vitamins, pharmaceuticals, milk drinks, instant teas, coffees,
yogurt, baby food and many, many more! Read labels closely and do not buy anything that contains this horrific killer!
Amidst all the death and disease, FDA’s Arthur Hull resigns under a cloud of corruption and is immediately hired
by Searle’s public relations firm as a senior scientific consultant. No, that’s not a joke! Monsanto, the FDA and many government health regulatory agencies have become one and the same! It seems the only prerequisite for becoming an FDA commissioner
is that they spend time at either Monsanto or one of the pharmaceutical cartel’s organized crime corps.
1990s: Monsanto spends millions defeating state and federal legislation that disallows the corporation from continuing to
dump dioxins, pesticides and other cancer-causing poisons into drinking water systems. Regardless, they are sued countless times for causing disease in their plant workers, the people in surrounding areas and birth defects in babies.

radioactive iron to 829 pregnant women for a study to see what would happen to them.
In 1994, the FDA once again criminally approves Monsanto’s latest monstrosity, the Synthetic Bovine Growth Hormone (rBGH), produced from a genetically
modified E. coli bacteria, despite obvious outrage from the scientific community of its dangers. Of course, Monsanto claims that diseased pus milk, full of antibiotics and hormones is not only safe, but actually good for you!
yet, dairy companies who refuse to use this toxic cow pus and label their products as“rBGH-free” are
sued by Monsanto, claiming it gives them an unfair advantage over competitors that did. In essence, what Monsanto was saying is “yeah, we know rBGH makes people sick, but it’s not alright that you advertise it’s not in your products.”
The following year, the diabolical company begins producing GMO crops that are tolerant to their toxic herbicide Roundup. Roundup-ready canola oil (rapeseed), soybeans, corn and BT cotton begin hitting the market, advertised as being safer,
healthier alternatives to their organic non-GMO rivals. Apparently, the propaganda worked as today over 80% of canola on the market is their GMO variety.
A few things you definitely want to avoid in
your diet are GMO soy, corn, wheat and canola oil, despite the fact that many “natural” health experts claim the latter to be a healthy oil. It’s not, but you’ll find it polluting many products on grocery store shelves.
Because these GM crops have been engineered to ‘self-pollinate,’ they do not need nature or bees to do that for them. There is a very dark side agenda to this and that is to wipe out
the world’s bee population.
Monsanto knows that birds and especially bees, throw a wrench into their monopoly due to their ability to pollinate plants,
thus naturally creating foods outside of the company’s “full domination control agenda.” When bees attempt to pollinate a GM plant or flower, it gets poisoned and dies. In fact, the bee colony collapse was recognized and has been
going on since GM crops were first introduced.
To counter the accusations that they deliberately caused this ongoing genocide of bees, Monsanto devilishly buys out Beeologics, the largest bee research firm that was dedicated to studying the colony collapse phenomenon and whose extensive research named the monster as the primary culprit! After that, it’s “bees,
what bees? Everything’s just dandy!” Again, I did not make this up, but wish I had!
During the mid-90s, they decide to reinvent their evil company as one focused on controlling the world’s food supply through artificial,
biotechnology means to preserve the Roundup cash-cow from losing market-share in the face of competing, less-toxic herbicides. You see, Roundup is so toxic that it wipes out non-GMO crops, insects, animals, human health and the environment at the same time.
How very efficient!
Because Roundup-ready crops are engineered to be toxic pesticides masquerading as food, they have been banned in the EU, but not in America! Is there any connection between
that and the fact that Americans, despite the high cost and availability of healthcare, are collectively the sickest people in the world? Of course not!
As was Monsanto’s plan from the beginning, all non-Monsanto crops would be destroyed,
forcing farmers the world over to use only its toxic terminator seeds. And Monsanto made sure farmers who refused
to come into the fold were driven out of business or sued when windblown terminator seeds poisoned organic farms.
This gave the company a virtual monopoly as terminator seed crops and Roundup worked hand in glove with each other as GMO
crops could not survive in a non-chemical environment so farmers were forced to buy both.
Their next step was to spend billions globally buying up as many seed companies as possible and transitioning
them into terminator seed companies in an effort to wipe out any rivals and eliminate organic foods off
the face of the earth. In Monsanto’s view, all foods must be under their full control and genetically modified or they are not safe to eat!
They pretend to be shocked that their critics in the scientific community question whether
crops genetically modified with the genes of diseased pigs, cows, spiders, monkeys, fish, vaccines and viruses are healthy to eat. The answer to that question is obviously a very big “no way!”
You’d think the company
would be so proud of their GMO foods that they’d serve them to their employees, but they don’t. In fact, Monsanto
has banned GM foods from being served in their own employee cafeterias. Monsanto lamely responded “we believe in choice.” What they really means is “we don’t want to kill the help.”
It’s quite okay though to force-feed poor nations and Americans these modified monstrosities as a means to end starvation since dead people don’t need to eat! I’ll bet the thought on most peoples’ minds these days is that Monsanto
is clearly focused on eugenics and genocide, as opposed to providing foods that will sustain the world. As in Monsanto partner Disney’s Sleeping Beauty, the wicked witch gives the people the poisoned GMO apple that puts them to sleep forever!
2000s: By this time Monsanto controls the largest share of the global GMO market. In turn, the US gov’t spends hundreds of millions to fund aerial spraying of Roundup, causing massive environmental devastation. Fish and animals by the thousands
die within days of spraying as respiratory ailments and cancer deaths in humans spike tremendously. But this is all considered an unusual coincidence so the spraying continues. If you thought Monsanto and the FDA were one and the same, well you can add the
gov’t to that sorry list now.
The monster grows bigger: Monsanto merges with Pharmacia & Upjohn, then separates from its chemical business and rebrands itself as an agricultural company. Yes, that’s right, a chemical
company whose products have devastated the environment, killed millions of people and wildlife over the years now wants us to believe they produce safe and nutritious foods that won’t kill people any longer. That’s an extremely hard-sell, which
is why they continue to grow bigger through mergers and secret partnerships.
Because rival DuPont is too large a corporation to be allowed to merge with, they instead form a stealth partnership where
each agrees to drop existing patent lawsuits against one another and begin sharing GMO technologies for mutual benefit. In layman’s terms, together they would be far too powerful and politically connected for anything to stop them from owning a virtual
monopoly on agriculture; “control the food supply & you control the people!”
Not all is rosy as the monster is repeatedly sued for $100s of millions for causing illness, infant deformities and death by illegally dumping
all manner of PCBs into ground water, and continually lying about products safety – you know, business as usual.
The monster often perseveres and proves difficult to slay as it begins filing frivolous suits against farmers it claims infringe on their terminator seed patents. In virtually all cases, unwanted seeds are windblown onto farmers’ lands by neighboring terminator-seeded farms. Not only do these horrendous seeds destroy the organic farmers’ crops, the lawsuits drive them into bankruptcy,
while the Supreme Court overturns lower court rulings and sides with Monsanto each time.
At the same time, the monster begins filing patents on breeding techniques for pigs, claiming animals bred any way remotely similar to their patent
would grant them ownership. So loose was this patent filing that it became obvious they wanted to claim all pigs bred throughout the world would infringe upon their patent.
The global terrorism spreads
to India as over 100,000 farmers who are bankrupted by GMO crop failure, commit suicide by drinking Roundup so their families
will be eligible for death insurance payments. In response, the monster takes advantage of the situation by alerting the media to a new project to assist small Indian farmers by donating the very things that caused crop failures in the country in the first
place! Forbes then names Monsanto “company of the year.” Sickening, but true.
More troubling is that Whole Foods, the corporation that brands itself as organic, natural and eco-friendly is proven to be anything but. They refuse to support Proposition 37, California’s GMO-labeling measure that Monsanto and its GMO-brethren eventually helped to defeat.
Why? Because Whole Foods has
been in bed with Monsanto for a long time, secretly stuffing its shelves with overpriced, fraudulently advertized “natural & organic” crap loaded with GMOs, pesticides, rBGH, hormones and antibiotics. So, of course they
don’t want mandatory labelling as that would expose them as the Whole Frauds and Whore Foods that they really are!
However, when over twenty biotech-friendly companies including WalMart, Pepsico and ConAgra recently met with FDA in favor of mandatory labelling laws, this after fighting tooth and nail to defeat Prop 37, Whole Foods sees an opportunity to save face and becomes the
first grocery chain to announce mandatory labelling of their GMO products…in 2018! Uh, thanks for nothing, Whore.
And if you think its peers have suddenly grown a conscience, think again.
They are simply reacting to the public’s outcry over the defeat of Prop 37 by crafting deceptive GMO-labelling laws to circumvent any real change, thus keeping the status quo intact.

With this Act, Monsanto claims that only GM foods are safe and organic or homegrown foods potentially
spread disease, therefore must be regulated out of existence for the safety of the world. If eating GM pesticide balls is their idea of safe food, I would like to think the rest of the world is smart enough to pass.
As further revelations
have broken open regarding this evil giant’s true intentions, Monsanto crafted the ridiculous HR
933 Continuing Resolution, aka Monsanto Protection Act, which Obama robo-signed
into law as well.This law states that no matter how harmful Monsanto’s GMO crops are and no matter how much devastation they wreak upon the country, U.S. federal courts cannot stop them from continuing to plant them anywhere they choose. Yes, Obama signed
a provision that makes Monsanto above any laws and makes them more powerful than the government itself. We have to wonder who’s really in charge of the country because it’s certainly not him!
There comes a tipping point though
when a corporation becomes too evil and the world pushes back…hard! Many countries continue to convict Monsanto of crimes against humanity and have banned them altogether, telling them to “get out and stay out!”
The world has begun to awaken to the fact that the corporate monster does not want control over the global production of food simply for profit’s sake. No, it’s become clear by over a century of death &
destruction that the primary goal is to destroy human health and the environment, turning the world into a Mon-Satanic Hell on Earth!
Research into the name itself reveals it to be
latin, meaning “my saint,” which may explain why critics often refer to it as “Mon-Satan.” Even more conspiratorially interesting is that free masons and other esoteric societies assigned numbers to each letter in our latin-based alphabet system in a six system. BALTIMORE (WJZ) — For years, we’ve heard of a possible link between cell phone use and cancer. Now, this week, researchers in Baltimore say the evidence is clear, and children
are more at risk.
WJZ’s Amy Yensi with more on the disturbing findings.
The studies link cell phones to a slew of health issues in children. That’s why experts say parents and expecting mothers
need to be extra careful.
Cell phones are a part of our every day lives and a cause for concern for researchers who see them as a health risk — especially for infants and children.
“The weight of the evidence is clear: cell phones
do cause brain cancer,” said Dr. Devras Davis, president, Environmental Health Trust.
Dr. Davis says the young brain absorbs twice as much radiation as an adult.
Doctors and scientists from across the country took on the issue during a
pediatric conference at the Baltimore Convention Center. Panelists also found a connection between exposure to cell phone radiation and other health issues.
“There’s a correlation between cell phone use in pregnancy and behavioral problems
in their children,” said Dr. Hugh Taylor, Yale School of Medicine.
“These devices are really stressing and straining our family relationships because the average mom or dad will check their phones 60 to 110 times a day,” said Dr. Catherine
Steiner-Adair, clinical psychologist.
Doctors say the infant brain — even while in the womb — is especially vulnerable.
“Keep the phone away from the abdomen — especially toward the end of pregnancy,” said Dr. Davis.
Experts say holding your phone even a few inches away can lower the risk. They recommend using headsets, and when you’re not on your phone, to keep it as far away from you as possible.

supplier and customer records; regulatory compliance records and communications with federal, state, and local authorities; and any unopened mail addressed to or from the companies mentioned therein.
